J1/J2 = 8-way joysticks
B1 = Fire [P1 is pin 22, P2 is pin Z]
B2 = Jump [P1 is pin 23, P2 is pin a]
 
Note: The 2P control wires need not be connected on upright cabinets,
but only on the cocktail tables.
